2023

In October half term, we went on our first warm weather training camp at the Best Centre Sports in Mallorca. 

We took 21 swimmers, some going abroad for the first time, for an amazing training camp in the sun! The 50m pool was fantastic and the swimmers loved it!

Although we experienced one of the windiest days they’ve had in October over there, the experience we had was unforgettable. 

Great training, great swimmers, great memories!

  

2022

We took 17 swimmers back to Mount Kelly in Devon for a four day training camp.

Back to a great 50m pool and facilities for some all important intense training during October half term.

A great team of swimmers who all worked hard and had a fantastic time!

  

2019

In October half term we took 23 swimmers ages 11-17 to Crystal Palace for a four day camp.

Staying in a local hotel 10 minutes drive from the pool which was an added bonus for the swimmers (and coaches/volunteers!!)

It was a fantastic experience with some fond memories for all!

Our last camp before missing out in 2020 due to covid.

2018

This year the club organised a 4-day swim camp at the Mount Kelly Residential Swim Centre in Tavistock, Devon. The camp ran over the of the start of October Half Term and was open to A and B squad swimmers aged 12-18 years.
 
It was a fantastic experience for our swimmers and provided them with valuable intensive training in a 50m pool in the run-up to the County Championships.
 
Evveryone is already looking forward to next year's camp!
